An email acknowledgement will be sent out, upon receipt of payment.

Tickets or Entry Passes will be mailed or made available for pickup from June 1, 2011 thru June 7, 2011 or made available at the door. Details will be conveyed accordingly.

With consideration of the nature of the program, please make a note of the following:

Due to limited seats, send-in your RSVP (by sending your checks) ASAP.

Due to program time limitations, we will have to start the program strictly on-time.

Auditorium doors will open at 4:30PM sharp & the program will start at 4:40PM sharp.

Kids under age 10 will not be allowed for the program.

Babysitting arrangement on-site (in a different room) for kids under age 10 is being worked out & details will follow soon.

Beverages will be served outside the auditorium.
Last but not the least, individuals, families & business entities are hereby requested to make their sponsorships or monetary contributions towards this event if they wish to.
